User

Introduction

The User page shows the list of system login accounts. New accounts are usually created via the Create Login Account option when adding/editing data on the Employee page — this page is used to view and edit existing accounts.

Prerequisites

  • A stable internet connection.
  • An active account with permission (permission) to manage User data.

Step-by-Step Guide

Viewing the User List

Goal: find the login account you're looking for.

Steps

  1. Open the User page. The list shows columns for name and email.
  2. Use the search box to search by name.

Expected Result: the user list whose name matches your search keyword is displayed.

Adding / Editing a User

Goal: create a new user account directly, or update an existing account's data.

Steps

  1. Click the Add User button, or choose the Edit action on an existing account.
  2. Fill in the Name field.
  3. Fill in the Email field (optional).
  4. Fill in the Username field.
  5. Click Save.

Note: this form doesn't cover password or role — password is set when the account is created from the Employee page or via the Update Password action, and role is managed on the Role page.

Expected Result: the user account data is saved and visible on the User list.

Deleting a User

Goal: delete a user account that's no longer needed.

Steps

  1. On the target user row, click the Delete action.
  2. Confirm the deletion on the dialog that appears.

Warning: the Delete action is permanent. Make sure you've chosen the correct account before confirming.

Expected Result: the user account is deleted and no longer appears on the User list.
